Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

itadakimasu, Oishikatta desu! Tea Leaf & Creamery is an absolute hidden gem in Austell. I stumbled upon it by accident after years of searching for an authentic matcha spot, and Iβm so glad I did. The moment I took a sip of their mochi matcha, it was like a dance of flavors in my mouth β rich, creamy, and genuinely divine. This isnβt the artificial matcha you find in chain shops. This is the real deal, the kind you only get from places that truly know what theyβre doing. My son ordered the watermelon smoothie, and it was just as impressive. Refreshing, light, and made with real watermelon β not that flavored syrup nonsense. On a hot Georgia day, it hit the spot perfectly. We also tried the taiyaki matcha with condensed milk, whipped cream, and Pocky sticks, and let me tell youβ¦ it was heavenly. The creamy matcha ice cream inside the taiyaki is unlike anything youβll find elsewhere. Iβve tried for years to find something comparable, and nothing has come close. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality. Honestly, youβll spend more on a mediocre coffee at 7 Brew or Starbucks. Here, every dollar feels well spent. When my grandchildren come to visit, this wil

I have only tried a few things here, but the quality is so consistent that I would honestly trust anything on the menu. You can really just pick whatever you want! The Fresh Taro Marble Bubble is the real deal. They use real mashed taro instead of just powder, so it is super nutty and not too sweet. I am usually not a fan of coconut because of that artificial smell, but their coconut juice was so fresh and clean. The Pina Colada was a solid classic, too. My friend got the Cookie Monster Cheesecake ice cream. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients for everything. Definitely worth a visit!

Iβve been here several times and have tried several different ice cream and boba tea combinations. They all have been amazing! Most recently I had the Cookie Monster cheesecake ice cream with custard filled Taiyaki. Delicious!!

Ive only tried like 2 things so idk how accurate my review is but i enjoyed my watermelon smoothie tea. It was light and refreshing and tasted very healthy. I also tried the Cookie Monster ice cream and itβs literally mouthwatering GOOD!!! Of course there is boba and you can put that in everything. They put a good amount in your drink, too. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They are wiping down the tables a lot. Especially after a rush and the restroom is clean. Plenty of parking at this location as well.

This was tasty! I got the four seasons bubble tea with 30% sugar, and that was the perfect sweetness to me. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was very clean. They had plenty of seating for small groups, so this would be a nice spot to go to with some friends. I will be coming back to try other flavors and treats.
